Refund Policy

At Turquoise Days, we strive to provide unforgettable charter experiences on the water. We understand that plans may change, and we are committed to working with our guests in a fair and transparent manner. Please review our refund policy below:
 

1. Cancellations by the Customer

a. More than 72 Hours Before Charter Date Full refund.

b. 48 Hours Before Charter Date 50% refund of the total booking cost.

c. 47 Hours or Less Before Charter Date No refund.

Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability (see Rescheduling Policy below).

2. Cancellations by Turquoise Days

In the unlikely event that Turquoise Days must cancel a charter due to mechanical issues, unsafe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered one of the following options:

  • Full refund of all payments made, or

  • Rescheduling of the charter at no additional cost

We prioritize safety first and will not operate if conditions are deemed unsafe.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Charters will proceed in rainy, windy and/or overcast conditions.

  • If the captain determines that weather conditions pose a safety risk, the charter may be canceled or rescheduled.

  • In case of cancellation due to weather as determined by Turquoise Days, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

Customer-requested cancellations due to weather concerns are subject to our standard cancellation terms unless approved by the captain.

4. No Shows and Late Arrivals

  • Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled charter without notice are not eligible for a refund.

  • If guests arrive late, charter time may be reduced accordingly. Refunds will not be issued for shortened trips due to late arrival.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Customer requested rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the charter date, subject to availability, with no fee.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
